If you are a consumer purchasing equipment for personal use, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the equipment, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in writing via email, post, or phone using the contact details provided in Section 8.

We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or damaged equipment.
If you cancel a rental booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, including deposits.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental value. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
No refunds are provided for cancellations made after the rental period has commenced. You remain responsible for the full rental payment and safe return of equipment.
Returning equipment before the end of the agreed rental period does not entitle you to a refund for unused days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If we are unable to provide booked equipment due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund. Where possible, we will offer suitable alternative equipment as a replacement.
Security deposits for equipment rentals will be refunded within 5-7 business days after equipment is returned and inspected, provided all conditions are met.

If you disagree with deductions from your security deposit, you may submit a written dispute within 7 days of receiving the deduction notice. We will review your dispute and respond within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or third parties.

Different terms may apply to business customers purchasing equipment for commercial use. Business customers do not have the same statutory cancellation rights as consumers under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Custom-ordered equipment manufactured or sourced specifically for your requirements is non-refundable unless faulty or not as specified in the order confirmation.
In cases where rental cancellations or delivery delays result from circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include rescheduling, alternative equipment, or refunds at our discretion.
